Deify the depths of intimate caprice
The noble morsel of the grand eternity
Face the furious and black domain
From where all the wisdom once came

It's weird to see people call this an "old song" or "old Borknagar", haha. I remember when this first dropped, heard this particular track on Identity Five I believe. They really captured something larger than life on this one.

Na versão do CD The Archaic Curse, a letra do refrão diz: "The shape of furious manners fall" - Na versão do origem, eu notei uma pequena diferença, vocês poderiam me mostrá-la? ------- | ------ In The Archaic Curse version, the lyrics in the chorus says: "The shape of furious manners fall" - in the Origin version, I can note a small difference, can you show me this difference? - sorry for mistakes, my english is terrible

I very much prefer the version on Origin, just because I have a weak spot for acoustics. Just great.

Best song on the album The Archaic Course. Only problem is it's the only good one on it.

Vortex is a joke in dimmu borgir, atleast in the serpentine offering.. the predictable clean choruses are just plain boring, cringey, and something you'd expect from some shitty metalcore band. Atleast here he's WAY more than a little accessible chorus for the kiddies.
