Bootsy’s Rubber Band was a Parliament-Funkadelic , led by pioneering bassist Bootsy Collins (formerly of James Brown’s ‘The JBs’). It also included his brother, Catfish Collins (also of JBs + p-funk), Kash Waddy, Joel Johnson, Robert Johnson, Mudbone Cooper and The Horny Horns. The group was formed in 1976.
