I haven't heard/seen the Panzer Dragoon Orta commercial, but The Perfect Meltdown was used in a Reese's commercial and is (or was, at least temporarily) on the Reese's website, that's all I got

That's very interesting. How did you come across this information? And if he was hired to do the song for the commercial, then he must work in music. Is bones domingo a pseudonym? Maybe he's done other music under a different name?

It's a person. They were hired to compose music for the commercial. The album came several months after the Panzer Dragoon Orta commercial, because of the positive response to the song snippet featured.

I admit it's true, but how else can you hear about it? The only other place Bones Domingo seems to exist is at Rez_Freq. There's never any news or interviews. I'm not even positive if Bones Domingo is a band or a person. I would love to hear more of this, by this, and by the people responsible, but it seems to have sprung forth from the ether.
