Well, have you seen that girl in the corner
I'd like to take her out of her chains
'Cause if I have my way with you, baby
I would be changing your life today

What a crappy little mention of his passing at the Grammy's...hell some of the slimy music industry lawyers and producers got thier own picture, poor Bob had to share his obit page with 3 other unknowns.

I think Bob Welch re-released and reworked his original tracks saying that he thought updating them would improve them and allow him to take advantage of modern recording techniques. In my humble opinion, he's dead wrong. I want to hear the original tracks as released in their day. Feel free to improve the sound quality, but don't change the whole sound.

Certainly eill be missed, and he deserved FAR greater respect by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Fleetwood Mack, for who he played such a key role. But, after all, the Hall has also omitted Rush, Supertramp and The Moody Blues to name a few... real credibility issues....

There was a recurring song in the TV show "Lost." One of the characters, Charlie, was a member of a band that hit it big with a one-hit wonder named "You All Everybody." That song was based on this song.
