Someone's got it in for me
They're planting stories in the press
Whoever it is I wish they'd cut it out quick
But when they will I can only guess

Thank God the apparent "cover" is no longer so! I'm hearing the original. Absolutely brilliant, as per usual.

Your corrupt ways have finally made you blind - Bob cuts through dumb ass life lies. My favorite version is the New York session with organ.

The 1992 live performances aren't belted out with the same venom as on record or live with the Revue, but all the same, they're every bit as good as the classic versions!

LOL (5) "Sometimes I feel I could karaoke the shit out of this song". I would love to see the shocked faces on the Karaoke audience as you were belting out this song.

Yessir, Ralf, you've got that right. And Flavor Country, you're the first fellow I've seen bring up my namesake's source! Cheers to you! And remember, as Mr. Dylan says elsewhere (but conveniently reversed) "your loss will be my gain". Chupon deserves nice things, too!

People who claim he's a bad singer ought to listen to this beastly masterpiece. NO ONE ELSE COULD SING IDIOT WIND LIKE THAT. His phrasing is so unique, the raw energy and anger and fierceness are incredible. Anyone who thinks you have to sing like Sinatra to be a good singer is an idiot... no pun intended.
