Listening to the album "The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan" released in May 1963 by Columbia, Dylan's second studio album. This album established Dylan as a true Folk songwriter. Sounds like Ramblin' Jack Elliot, Bob's mentor when he first came to NYC, along with Dave Van Ronk who gave him a home.
