    I think this was used on the soundtrack of the 1st channel (RTP1) news block, here in Portugal. Maybe around 1993... Could it be that the majority of their tunes were composed specially for certain broadcasts and documentaries around there? Are they influenced by the TV sound or did they made the TV sound?
