    anybody know who's behind the longer, not-on-campfire headphase version of this song with ascending and descending arpeggios on chimey synths? i actually like it better than the album version and would enjoy hearing more of this individual's work.

    It's not on Geogaddi... There is several versions... on A Few Old Tunes (Vol. 1 and 2) or on Peel Sessions (my favourite one, you can even hear it in Six Feet Under Season 2 for the trivia :D).
