But he has hardly any plays at all here. I don't get it. I meant that Merzbow is as popular as any noise artist will ever get because it's not often so see anyone listening to noise at all. I only know one person that does. Well there is also Masonna, that guy is pretty popular as well as some other very old artists but my point still stands. And I wasn't including noise rock in my point either, just pure noise.

I agree, don't ask me why, I just love harsh, heavy, walls of noise, and this artist does it perfectly. They should be more popular but I think the only noise artist that is popular and ever will be is Merzbow. Not saying he isn't good or anything, in fact I listen to his stuff all the time but I'm just saying people should go a little deeper sometimes.

[There's something very hypnotic about this stuff. It's wild and chaotic, most obviously, but something pulls me in when I listen and I find it very hard to turn it off.] Exactly. Good harsh noise always triggers some primal part of me. Merzbow and C.C.C.C. do the same thing.
