Bliss n Eso are a diverse group of musicians comprising of American born MC ‘Bliss’, Australian born MC ‘Eso’, and DJ ‘Izm’ of Moroccan heritage. The trio are currently making major musical inroads into the local Aussie hip-hop scene.

Their first release was “The Mixtape” featuring 10 tracks, including the original version of ‘This Is For You”, and “Beer O’ Clock.”

Bliss n’ Eso’s first full length release was “Flowers In The Pavement.” It receieved mixed opinions from the Australian hip-hop scene, some claiming that their music was very ‘candy rap’, while others claimed it was a refreshing and original style.

On their second major album, “Day of the Dog”, the group explores hip-hop’s place in modern society, particularly in breaking down cultural, racial and social barriers. The album deals with critics of the last album, and conveys a much more professional feel to production. They also changed labels to Illusive Sounds with the new album. Singles “Up Jumped The Boogie”, “Then Till Now”, and “Party At My Place” have all received a significant amount radio play.
