cheesy?! worst?! This song has nothing to do with cheap rock ballads, it's absolutely beautiful and vocals are mind-blowing! In the middle part Hansi shows that he's an incredible vocalist

Such beautiful piano, and Hansi's powerful voice. He's decent enough at the slow stuff, but so powerful and emotional at the parts in the middle.

Pardon, no calm mid register here. :| He uses it so much on other ballads (like the calm way he sings The Bard's Song live these days... marvellous). The verses are very Freddie Mercury-esque here, not that mid shit after all. :)

A very good showcase of Hansi's vocals talents. In my opinion he's all for 1) rough-raspy-almost-growl-like-vocals-that-give-me-the-vibes-of-singing-into-the-old-mic-that-breaks-the-quality-of-the-voice, 2) his beautiful, calm, strong mid register that sounds far too easy for him to sing, and 3) that ridiculously uncharacteristic, painful-sounding awesome high register he only began to showcase around Nightfall in Middle Earth and 4) everything in between. Also, no layers in the way! - I basically disliked when the next two albums were dubbed full of them. His lone voice is about the greatest voice for me. The song is beautiful as well, but I'd recommend playing this to people who want a quick glimpse of the Godly singing voice(s) and style(s) that are Hansi Kürsch. :)
