About this album

200 Million Thousand is the sixth studio album by garage rock band Black Lips. The album was recorded in 2008 and will be released on February 24, 2009.

200 Million Thousand is full of musical diversity and several genres are evident. The Black Lips maintain their classic flower punk sound, but veer off into new and rarely seen directions such as country-rock and hip-hop.

<fanboy> I thought the songs were better on Good Bad Not Evil, even if the production was a little annoying. The production is better on this one, but the songs aren't as good. Kind of frustrating. Let It Bloom is still the best of both aspects. @Jellobomb, I agree 100%. </fanboy>

Could do with a much better vocal mic'(s) / pre-amp'(s)!
