'Cape Flyaway' from 2012 is brilliant; strong English folk element in the track giving some tracks a feel of a blurred, woozy psychedelic version of Fairport Convention. Newest release 'Funnel To A Thread' see's the band make some of the most direct music of theirs yet. This isn't to say that it isn't subtle, but the sounds and instruments are in sharper focus than previously; piano lines are clean and clear, instruments are distinct from one another. The English folk vibe from 'Cape Flyaway' is still present (mostly due to vocalist Kristianne Gale), but the American Primitive stylings that shone pretty brightly on 'Tumble' are on parade here. Another mighty release.

New one is really interesting and different - the influence of English folk adds a new twist on their sound.
