The Bilders is an indie-alt-rock-exper band (aka Builders) — musicians of different countries, sometimes of quite different styles, but The Bilders roots are basically proto-punk, New Zealand psychedelic garage and kiwi DIY pop-punk-rock.

Bilders lineup in 2010 was Bil D, Mickle Borrado (organ), Stu Kawowski (dr), Greg Cartright (bass). This band recorded in January 2011.

In 2007 and 2008 the lineup was a homely one, Bil D, Brett Cross (bass), Andrew McCulley (keys) with Andrew Maitai sitting in at present on drums. The band recorded September 2008.

Bilders tour their native New Zealand or anywhere else they are invited.
