Big Old Eyes were a Prince George, British Columbia indie rock band formed out of the wake of a prominent “punk” scene. Big Old Eyes includes Ryan Clarke, Robert Dunlop (Maple You Know, Dry Socket, Hey Everyone, Love You Like The Tiger), and Corbin Spensley (Tiny Little Boom). Past members include Leigh O’Neil (Throat Kick) and Ryan Wugalter (Jump Rope For Heart, jump + dash). Most of the members were part of separate, well-received local bands. They have independently released three albums and one EP; “the Pecker EP” (2005), “Moon Hips & Spoon Lips” (2005), “Cathedral & Cathedral” (2006), and “The Hunter’s Son” (2006).

They are still played on the UNBC campus radio station, CFUR, frequently. Due to the unfortunate passing away of Big Old Eyes’ drummer, Ryan Clarke, in 2007, Big Old Eyes will not likely have any other releases.
In March 2009 there was an impromptu reunion/tribute set played by Spensley, Dunlop and O’Neil.

Big Old Eyes needs to, like, promote themselves and make more music.
