    Doesn't this bounce along on lively steps? Bit more cheery than I expect blues to be, but you forgive a lot when it's Big Bill, I expect.

    Big Bill is one of the Blues men who's career spanned two different locals beginning in the Mississippi Delta and then finishing in Chicago where they transitioned to more city oriented blues.

    Big Bill was actually a great fiddler... a few of his pieces on fiddle are included on the 'Folks, He Sure Do Pull Some Bow!' and 'Violin, Sing the Blues For Me!' collections. I believe he didn't record on fiddle after 1928. Also to the best of my knowledge Big Bill usu. recorded on six-string, not 12-string.

    Is this really Big Bill? Voice sounds wrong. Where is that 12 string guitar? I never thought he would have sung with a fiddle accompaniment. Feels odd.
