My wife died not long after Puzzle was out so I can relate too a lot of the songs and this one too me is about realising your own mortality and that life's short and you need too live it while you can because you wonder when it will be your turn. And its an angry song too, like he's angry at god for the pain of his loss. I love how he spits the line 'I met God and he had nothing to say too me' like he's lost his faith after losing a loved one but hopes they are somewhere bathed in white light. Crank this one up full and scream along its fucking EPIC! lol

I guess every single one of the randomly arranged hits in the intro may stand for one person dying on the world at that moment. You can place the hits where you want, it would still fit. That's the problem the title mentions. So I don't really understand why people think the intro is weak and annoying. But hey, that interpretation could be totally wrong, it's just my opinion. Lyrics are wonderful, great song.
