So I’m in there getting high and I thought, ‘Y’know what? I think I need to join the army so I can pay for school’ and I went out to tell my father, and he’s sitting there watching TV and I said, ‘Hey poppa d’ya think I should, I think… I think I’m gonna join the army’ and he just looked up at me and said, ‘You’re fucking high’ and looked back at the TV set. And I went back to my room going, ‘Can he tell? Or is that just an expression? Maybe he can tell. It’s just an expression… can he tell?’”

    I have to write this down before I forget.. the next time you're singing the sax/trumpet part at the end, put some words into it. Here's what I came up with: low part: "Banana nut... banana nut bread... banana nut bread... it is goooood." high part: "Banana nut... banana nut bread is good... banana nut bread, it is very goood!" Yeah, I do know how ridiculous this is, but if you get your friends to sing at the same time, this really can be pretty entertaining.
