    Festive 50:
Continuing a Christmas tradition started by the late BBC broadcaster John Peel in 1976, an assortment of our DJs will be counting down through the best 50 tracks from 2011, as voted for by listeners to Dandelion Radio. Jeff Grainger, Rocker, Andrew Morrison, Neil Jenkins and Mark Whitby take it in turns to reveal the chart in reverse order, with Pete Jackson announcing this year's winner! To try to keep the suspense in the countdown, the track info is not shown until a few seconds before each song finishes. The show is repeated every day (at different times) until the end of January so if you join in somewhere in the middle, do come back and hear the rest.

Continuing a Christmas tradition started by the late broadcaster John Peel in 1976, an assortment of our DJs count down through the best 50 tracks from 2010, as voted for by listeners to Dandelion Radio. Mark Cunliffe, Paul Ackroyd, Matt Gunn, Ste, Rocker, Mark Whitby, Pete Jackson, and Andy take it in turns to reveal the chart in reverse order, with Rachael Neiman announcing this year's winner!

    Andrew Morrison:
Andy's 3-hour January show features his favourite tracks and acts from the last twelve months, with another chance to hear some of the very best session recordings from his shows in 2010 – including Ghost Society, Errors, Cygnus X-1, Spiral Into The Storm, The Horn the Hunt, Block 45, SWATHES and Red Cosmos. …
  • Dandelion Radio - September 2010 shows

    27 Aug 2010, 14:03 by DandelionRadio

    Andrew Morrison:
September sees the return of The Pony Collaboration as session guests on Andy's three hour show, comprising versions of two tunes from their latest album and two brand new songs. Elsewhere, you'll hear new singles including Diamond Rings and Damn Vandals, as well as tracks from These New Puritans, Rival Consoles, Lightspeed Champion, Document 3, Before you die... and many, many more. Scott picks another Funky Five Minutes, Teresa selects a Tasty Tip, and an atmospheric Talk Talk track from 1984 is dusted off as Andy's Old Chestnut.

    Greg Healey:
There is an unmistakably autumnal feel to this month's show, with music that has just a whiff of mellow, melodic melancholy.
In an attempt to make up for another woeful British summer we venture to France and the superb music of "Ghost in Saturn?", Ooti Skulf and john trap. We are also joined by Toffeetronic with a firestorm of an exclusive live session that will warm your cockles and singe your eyebrows as the nights begin to draw in. Stssssssssssssssss.
  • Dandelion Radio - July 2010 shows

    29 Jun 2010, 02:31 by DandelionRadio

    Andrew Morrison:
Andy's bumper three-hour July show has two exclusive session guests: Block 45 (his second for the show) and Canadian electronic act Spiral Into The Storm. There's loads of new music, including Team Ghost; Ghost Society; These New Puritans, Before you die...; Lightspeed Champion; Document 3; and some excellent Italian punk from His Electro Blue Voice. The Twilight Sad are press-ganged into The Orchestra Hit Liberation Front when previous session guests Errors pounce on them with their remixing toolkit. In a cheeky cameo, the starship Enterprise crew co-host the show, and The Joy Formidable inspires an appearance from champion whistler Ronnie Ronalde. July's New Order jukebox rewinds 20 years to Italia '90, Scott selects another Funky Five Minutes and there's also an Arab Strap tune from their 1998 John Peel session.

    Greg Healey:
In celebration of the 2010 World Cup July’s show is a show of two halves. The second half of the show is a celebration of all things off the map.
