I strongly encourage all of you to get a grip and not treat this as a rip off, but a tribute and further exploration of Serge Gainsgourgh's sound in Melody Nelson by an amazingly talented musician. You guys do realize how much music you listen to every day has sampled others, right? Serge is dead and imagine how many people got into his music because of this track? Plagiarism is way different from imitating a general style of string arrangement.
