Great record but Laughing Stock is much better.

This makes me feel that Spiderland and Laughing Stock was just demos for the post-rock sound.

i may float in these sounds forever. It's like melting on the sun in a very calm and pleasing way. God I wish i could express what I feel about this one

Beautiful stuff only barred from greatness by the vocals while fit the music are a bit too 'nice' if you know what I mean?

This album is just what I always expected from post-rock. It's so beautiful and atmospheric. And so spaced-out.

This album is my best friend. We hang out a lot in my driveway, nothing but the fluorescent light to see each-other with. Waxing philosophical in the dusk hours in the suburban complex I live in. We have big dreams, but only until Mom calls us inside for dinner.

The order of the tracks actually makes this album quite a bit better. It's hard to imagine the tracks in a different order, ya know?
