Rīga, Latvia (2003 – 2011)
Band Versus Music was an alternative rock band from Rīga, Latvia. The band was given birth to by a group of creative people back in 2003. From that time, the staff has changed, but the goal always remains the same - compose and perform, live rock ‘n’ roll and entertain the ones who care to listen.
Till 2008, the band was known as Versus, but since there are several bands called Versus, a decision was made to re-name the band, keeping the word Versus in the title. In the end it turns out to be a slightly ironic wordplay. Band Versus Music has made a demo record and songs Highest League and Lost Dream have reached local radio stations.
In 2009, Band Versus Music EP album has been released as an USB flash drive. In 2011, they played their last concert being followed by an indefinite hiatus.

Alberts Viegliņš - vocals;
Jānis Kļaviņš - guitar;
Rihards Raja - guitar;
Ivars Kalvis - bass guitar (currently in Das Sonntags Legion);
Kaspars Pļavnieks - drums.
Former members:
Aigars Safronovs - vocals;
Artūrs Naumovs - guitar;
Gints Spole - drums (currently in SoundArcade).
