Hey angels fall down without warning
Cherry lipstick on their teeth and all dangerous curves
She had a bullet proof mind and big pawn shop eyes
And nothing you could say would get to her

@ Rowley87: well i know that pop-punk doesn't just mean simple plan. But i mean just because it's more popish, i don't think makes it pop-punk.

First time I heard it, i thought it sounded a lot like The New America. But I like it, now.

pop punk doesn't necessarily mean Simple Plan. I'd say this album fits in well with the good side of the pop punk genre.

It's poppy but it's also folk-ish. And a bit of br sound ofc. Brett said he aimed for a Bruce Springsteen style song with this. I like it, but don't love it, same with the rest 2 new songs we've herd so far. I bet the album will have better songs.

Pop punk? I don't think this sounds like Simple Plan, dude. [2] LOL yeah you're right. This is more pop punk than their previous music but in my opinion their lyrics and Greg's voice are the reasons why BR could never be tagged as "pop punk".
