There are 2 Artists that go by the name Baby D.

1. Baby D was a UK-based dance (Euro house/breakbeat techno) band best known for their UK Number 1 single “Let Me Be Your Fantasy” in 1992. Vocals were provided by Dorothy Fearon (also known as Baby D) and Nino (also the MC and keyboardist), with Claudio Galdez on additional keyboards and windsynth. Floyd Dyce was the writer/ producer for the band in their very early days and also credited as keyboardist on occasion. The band had 2 other Top 10 singles, I Need Your Loving (which was a cover of The Korgis 80s hit Eveybody’s Gotta Learn Sometime) and So Pure, as well as numerous other less successful hits. The band continue to tour colleges, Universities and clubs throughout the UK.

2. Underground Atlanta rapper, Baby D (born as David B. on November 5, 1983) was only 16 when his first album, Off Da Chain, was released in 2000 on Big Oomp Records. Two years later his follow up, Lil’ Chopper Toy was released to much underground acclaim. A major label bidding war ensued, garnering the young MC a multi-million dollar deal with Epic Records.

Fixed description about read Baby D, and added "also there is a rapper under same name and blah blah" so everyone could be happy. But earlier and more famous performers have priority over some uknown underground gangstas. period.

Actually 'DazzlaBRFC' I do care about the 'techno shit'... and couldn't much care for your hip-hop star of the same name. However, I'm more accepting than yourself and respect your choice to listen to it.

Wots all the confusion about, wen we type in 'Baby D' we want the real 'Baby D' she started back in 1989 with the track 'casanova' so baffles me how sumone else can use her name, anyhow seein as the majority are lookin for the 'let me be your fantasy' Baby D which is proven by the song popularity and hits doesnt really matter. whoever posted 'techno rubbish' i fink ur either deaf ,plain dumb or just feel the need to insult sumfin u know nothing about, clean ur ears out mate. Baby D is royalty on the music scene, cant wait till her new tracks are released, me n sum mates saw her live a few weeks back and she was AMAZING.. the whole place went nuts .. long reign Baby D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, you immature f***ers, there is more than enough room for two artists with the same name. It's really not that difficult a concept for even the dumbest person to get their head round, is it? Now quit your bitchin'.
