    I disagree with tagging it as a cover for the Pagan Babies reason, too. Kat cowrote it; how is it accurate to call it a cover?

    Nearly identical to "King Volcano", especially the first minute, and I never noticed it! Both Kat and Courtney Love must have been hardcore Bauhaus fans, because "Mrs. Jones" from Hole's first album Pretty On The Inside has the exact same riff as "Dark Entries".

    etreauxanges is right— this is actually an instrumental version of a song that Kat wrote with Courtney Love in the mid-1980s when they lived in Portland. It was one of the four songs they recorded on a demo in their short-lived band, the Pagan Babies.
