Babar Luck

More tags

Babar has forsaken the world of cranked up electric guitars for a new take on English Folk Music. Playing live as a solo artist accompanied only by himself on guitar or occasionally as a three-piece band with Lu Edmonds on Saz and Mark Roberts on percussion. Babar brings a unique cultural melting pot to his blend of music - folk, world, and poetry. Babar was a former member of the ska punk band King Prawn which he played bass in.

Any fans of King Prawn should check out their drummer Nikolais' new outfit Left Step Band - skanky, funky Hip Hop - pretty awesome!

Yeah Chickrocksteady is spot on. he used to play a hohmer bass, they are made of acrylic stuff so they sound really deep. Im going to see him tonight, should be awesome. He was probably the most entertaining member of KP. He is quite interesting to see live too.
