As someone who lives close to Chicago (where Cook County is), Illinois, I found this very interesting. B.B. played to an audience of prison inmates on September 10, 1970. It's worth listening to at least once, including the Introduction. Before B.B. is introduced, the sherrif, judge and warden are introduced, responded with an eruption of boos....B.B. and the band seem to rush through the first song (probably unsure of the behavior of the inmates), but as the show goes on, you can tell he starts to get more relaxed and it turns into just a great blues show. This is definitely worth listening to.
