Biography
Short: German Electronic & Progressive Trance Producer and Dj, by the name of Ingo Kunzi (born on November 7, 1969)
Ingo Kunzi is probably best known for his work under his Ayla alias, but also has popular releases under his other main alias - Tandu
The alias name - Ayla (Turkish girl name) - was inspired by the name of a girl, who was in the studio during his first recording. The first track Ayla, which is his best known track, was remixed by other popular Djs, such as, DJTaucher and Tiesto.
Ayla became a big hit in the clubs and played by the top Dj’s, in which it was later released on the commercial label Positiva and Additive.
He is also related to other projects including Montoya (Underwater), Elastique Culture (La Musique), Tarot (Chariot) and Intrance (Te Quierro). Remixes include DJ Sakin(Protect Your Mind), In-Mood (Deeper Than Deep) and Marino Stephano (Eternal Rhapsody).
Ingo Kunzi has later also co-produced for several known succesfull electronic acts such as Safri Duo and DJ Encore (Album: Intuition (2001))
