Listening to "Rise of the Serpent Men" makes me think they should call this style "boring punk", all the songs have the same basic pace and a variant of the same riff. "Good job".

Funny how some of the old punks and metalheads were drawn to the musical concept of rawness, despair and pure darkness. IMO bands like Amebix and Axegrinder are on the same musical and conceptul level as Hellhammer/Celtic Frost and early Sodom!
