  • yo mamas so fat
  • soundtrack of the Universe
  • Fucking amazing.
  • What an awesome track!
  • Funny to see that I was the last shouter when coming to post this :) Just finished listening to Moon and Star by Steve Roach from Midnight Moon, and it has the same droning background with bowed electric guitar and reminded me of this track. Thought I'd back-link to Steve from here in-case anyone is wanting something roughly similar to the feel of this track (albeit maybe a little more sparse and ethnic at times with Roach).
  • Was listening to The Summon by Spacecraft off their album Hummel, and was reminded of this track, so had to come and listen :) When I heard this in the movie, my thoughts actually went to Sigur Ros since I heard another song in the movie that also sounded like it could have been them.
  • When I first watched "The Book Of Eli" and listened to this track, I was firmly convinced that this must have been composed and performed by Vangelis (whom I absolutely love) since it's very reminiscent of his work -- particularly his score for "Chariots Of Fire." I was very surprised, although not unpleasantly so, to find out that I was wrong. That being said, it wouldn't surprise me at all if I were to learn that Atticus Ross took some inspiration from Vangelis, since Ross's music enhances "The Book Of Eli" with the same level of brilliance and perfection that Vangelis's music did for "Blade Runner" (which is really saying something).
  • my new most favorite song
  • This song is perfect for the setting of the movie. Excellent piece.
  • It's amazing to me how this song, for the most part, is centered around only four notes yet still manages to give me goosebumps. [2]
