Attack the City are a Progressive Rock band based in Boston, MA. Members; Johnny Melanson (Vocals), Sean Killary (Guitar), Nick Grieco(Bass/Vocals), Sam Morgan(Guitar), and Rudy Olivares (Drums/Sequencing) have just recently recorded their 5-song EP, “Hostages” with producer Bryan Russell (Envy on the Coast, Coldplay, The Narrative, The Academy Is…) and released it on District Kills Records on July 14th, 2009.
The band is very active in the Boston music scene, and draws much of their inspiration from the many artists coming out of the scene as well as bands such as The Receiving End of Sirens, Chiodos, Circa Survive, The Mars Volta, and UnderOATH.
