Obviously influenced by Elliott Smith, Ashton Allen is a musician known for his soothing guitar, smooth voice, and thoughtful lyrics. Now touring through Barnes And Noble’s all over the country, this musician has lyrical undertones and solid melodies that will keep you listening straight through the CD. From an Alpharetta, GA studio, Allen created a hit record of a reminiscent Elliot Smith. We just hope to see him make some new originals soon.

His voice is so much easier to listen to than Elliott Smith. Granted Smith is a good songwriter but he has a horrible voice and it makes it hard to listen to.
