Zielona Góra, Poland (1995 – present)

Artrosis formed in 1995 hail from Zielona Góra, Poland. Over the course of their career and six studio albums, their sound has evolved from gothic and progressive metal to a more darkwave/industrial-oriented sound. The lyrics of the songs on the first albums were more fantasy-related, but within time, the style of the lyrics changed. Medeah started to write more about life experiences she and the whole band has been through. New album Imago launched in 2011.

"Imago" miło się słucha, ale brakuje mi tam więcej utworów z takim czadem jak w "Nie tamta już". I studyjne nagrania lepiej się słucha, bo na koncercie na którym byłem było kiepskie nagłośnienie...

No akurat Imago jest IMO cięższe choć waga uzyskana elektronicznie a nie gitarowo. Na pewno jest bardziej mroczna niż PKIC. BTW Artro na liście Radia SAR jak ktoś chciałby oddać głos - zapraszam http://artrosis.art.pl/radio-sar-glosowanie

Recenzje branżowe oraz prywatne są na "+" http://artrosis.swiebodzin.sr.gov.pl/media-internet Przeglądając fora czy czytając Teraz Rocka trzeba powiedzieć że jest to mocna pozycja w dyskografii i wielu padło na kolana przed Imago. Na pewno nie wszyscy przyklasną tej płycie - nie ma przecież takiej możliwości aby zadowolić 100% - ale z tego co widzę to niewiele osób jest na "nie".

Ja mam ogólne odczucie podobne do Testarossy, tyle że akurat "Tysiąc prawd" i "Fatalne przeznaczenie" jakoś trawię (tekstowo wiadomo, Artrosis często dołował) - taki "Melange" bis. Ale reszta strasznie schematyczna, wręcz nudnie monotonna. Bez pazura, bez magii, tak znakomitej na "Pośród kwiatów i cieni". PS: Co to za dziewczynka śpiewa na początku "Panta rhei"? Wychowanka ze szkoły Medei? :-)
