Arne Zank
Biography
The German musician Arne Zank who was born on August 6th, 1970 in Hamburg, is part of the German rock band Tocotronic, where he plays the drums as well as the keyboards and sometimes also sings.
Zank studied illustration at the university Hamburg for some time but later decided to cancel his studies in order to entirely devote to music. Today, Zank is also an active solo artist and has published several recordings. Furthermore, Zank was awarded the audience prize of the Hanse-Short 1999 short film festival for one of his cartoon films.
