Antonio González Flores (Madrid, 1961 - Madrid, May 30, 1995) was an Spanish singer, songwriter and actor.

He was the only male child of the singer Lola Flores and the guitarist Antonio González, aka El Pescailla.

His musical style is pop-rock with influences of gypsy songwriting. His first record was “Antonio” (1980), which featured songs as “No dudaría” and “Pongamos que hablo de Madrid”, this one covered later by Joaquin Sabina. His third album, “Gran Vía” (1988) was unnoticed when released, but later some songs as “Gran Vía” have been publically acknowledged. The last album he recorded, “Cosas mías” (1994) was the most successful one, and included songs as “Siete vidas”, “Alba” -dedicated to his daughter- and “Cuerpo de mujer”. He wrote songs for his sisters Lolita and Rosario; specifically for Rosario’s albums “De ley” (1992) y “Siento” (1993).

Antonio Flores’ songs are full of urban poetry, love, regret and memories, musically his tracks embrace a wide spectrum from rock to ballads.

He married Ana Villa, and they got separated later, having had a daughter called Alba.

May 30 1995, only fourteen days after his mother’s death, Antonio Flores is found dead in the family house called El Lerele in Madrid, apparently he commited suicide by means of an overdose of heroine. His family got knocked again. Since Antonio’s death, his sisters Lolita and Rosario carry the weight of the familiar saga.

After his death, Antonio’s talent as songwriter and singer was widely acknowledged: some tributes were organized and retrospective albums released.
