Triple Crowns newest band to slap you upside your cranium is Long Island hardcore/metalcore band Anterrabae. Not as much of an act as many other metalcore bands are today, Anterrabae is the real deal. Writing complex arrangements with chugga chugga riffs and swift tempo changes, yet without falling into the usual clichés, Anterrabae boasts nice sing-a-long anthems and manic rhythms. Lyrically the album is boisterously filled with cerebral juice to tantalize your inner wonderment of what it means to exist in this world. Anterrabae is fueling the backlash against generic mosh-core

Norma Jean and Anterrabae aren't similar, no- but they're both still very good. Anterrabae's second album far surpasses the first. Reminds me a bit of Every Time I Die's first two albums.

@ 6sic6: anterrabae does have SOME southern rock influence although it's not really dominant. The prime example is in the 3rd track off the new cd. the shakedown tonight album was, in fact, more sloppy and less technical alot like norma jean's bless the martyr
