    Estoy obsesionado con este track:

Angus & Julia StoneDraw Your Swords

La letra me define, el sentimiento me identifica, el sonido me embruja y el corazón se me parte. ¿Qué más puedo pedir de una canción?
  • Top 25 Songs 2010

Honestly speaking, 2010 didn't musically excite me like 2009 did. It's funny how the true value of something arises when a comparison is being made. I described 2009 as a 'good' year. How wrong was I. During this year I realized that I had been spoiled with lots of great songs, even legendary ones - Growing Old Is Getting Old as one of the best songs ever! 'Great' would have been a more proper description and that's just the tag 2009 has from now on.
Does this mean that 2010 is that bad? Certainly not. If you check my profile, you'll see that from my Top Artist about 10 high-listed ones released an album this year. Well, did they deliver? Interpol, The Walkmen and CocoRosie all released solid albums, but they don't appeal to me that much. March 27 god's gona cut you down by Johnny Cash
Sometimes I get so angry at this world and its collective snubbing of God. I know this isn't exactly a very good reaction but discovering this song has helped me verbalize my feeling. No one can escape God and even though I am no better than anyone else it is slightly comforting to be reminded that one day God will catch up with us all.
"Go tell that long tongue liar,
go and tell that midnight rider,
tell the rambler, the gambler, the back biter,
tell 'em that God's gonna cut 'em down."

March 26 L'Via L'Viaquez by The Mars Volta
Prog Rock sung by crazy Mexicans in a mix of English and Spanish = big win for everyone, especially when it is this song. Seriously, it may be over 12 minutes and have some flat out weird moments but this song rocks some serious socks off. …
