deaf:blind is a producer of varying styles from drum and bass, breaks and electro. Born in Shropshire, Great Britain in 1973, he started production in the early 1990's starting out with early techno and proto-rave tracks before joining up with two other producers to form the UK hardcore outfit "S-SCAPE".
