Baby's World (4:55)

Andre Barlow, wrote this song, 26 years ago, after the birth of his first child, Roxanne Storm.

The realisation of becoming a parent was a huge responsibility and it made him think about how vulnerable children are. They are born into the world with no guarantees, no promises and an unknown future.

Putting himself into the baby’s world, he tried to make the point, that we all have a responsibility to our children.

He did want a young voice to do the vocals, but that will still happen later down the line.

All instruments played on this track, performed by Andre, with Mike Woodland, his sound engineer on drums. Andre performing all vocals.
