ASIWYFA shows us some progression. Any avid listener would approach with a mild trepidation that our beloved gem might have matured in the wrong way. Nothing can be farther from the truth. I recently got this 4 track EP and, like fellow fans below, cannot stop its rotation from blessing my ears with some bomb tunes. They seem to have ventured a little into the progressive rock "sound" which normally makes one think of depressed losers blogging from moms basement, completely fucked up on some tri-cyclic anti-depressants, razor in one hand and writing poetry or some livejournal.com entry on the other. Find a new playlist or get it over with, ASIWYFA still can rock some great mathy tracks. Excellent work and am looking forward to the full album. I would also love to see these guys in person. This makes zero sense... prog fans are now emo kids? the fuck?

The one-two death blow of The Voiceless and Eat the City is a soundtrack for the end of the world. In a good way.

andrewtryder - Maybe Steven Wilson is a progger like you mention, but that's mostly wrong with the rest of the prog people. Most proggers are actually really quite old :D makes me a bit unusual... but I agree, awesome band and EP.
