Amodus (ah - mode- us) are an exciting four-piece who have been impressing crowds in Sydney’s clubs and pubs since 2010 with their unique style of heavy melodic rock. The band’s rare line-up is challenging the status quo – three talented female musicians provide the head-bopping, ribcage-rattling wall of sound that so perfectly complements frontman Michael’s soaring vocal melodies.

I really like the sound guys...and gals lol. But seriously great sound. I wouldnt compare it to anything really, you can hear influences, but all and all I believe it is pretty original. Blends just enough hard rock/metal with just enough melody to where neither are overwhelming. A tasteful balance. Keep up the great work!

Yeah, I'd pay money for this music. Well, if they had a proper recording made. It's kind of Karnivool but punkish. Good thing that some girls are getting into it also, breaking out of the stereotypical box placed around women in the rock industry.
