Nope, Victhormanuel, you are wrong. Really. You are wrong. A quick Google search for the very many interviews with Amanda will confirm that all the songs were written for her. So, she's not a singer songwriter. Failing that, have a look at the credits in the CD sleeve. Her songs are written by Philip Ekstrom (The Mary Onettes), Johan Angergard (Acid House Kings, Club 8), Pelle Carlberg and Roger Gunnarsson.
nothing on the album as good as the 3 singles but it's a good album nonetheless. it does have more than a faint whiff of it just being a mary onettes side project with a female vocalists. Philip Ekström's production is so dominant and I get the feeling that Amanda hasn't put her own stamp on the songs that have been written for her. But, she was only 16 when it was recorded and I guess, really inexperienced, in the studio. I really look forward to her future material when she's a bit older and can put her own taste and ideas down on record, as she has a beautiful voice and a talented musician.
