About this album

The Alice Cooper band were famous for elaborate packaging of their vinyl records and Muscle of Love was no exception. The original version of this album came in a cardboard ‘Pizza box’ with a sleeve featuring the band dressed as sailors on shore leave inside.

The bands sound on this album showed influences from big band jazz and show tunes as well as the customary rock and roll.
