Ahlev de Bossa is a band from Recife, Brazil, formed in 2002. Our major concern is to spontaneously create instrumental music without direct attention to our influences, trying, instead, to integrate them naturally on the piece. The music, then, goes from the pure improvisational universe to the strictly structured one. The band recorded an album entitled “Ahlev de Bossa” during the years of 2004 and 2005, the tunes can be downloaded from the band´s website:
