Adam Wilson (born London, England) started musical life as the drummer for Aerial Stares, an art/punk band in the ’90s, with major influences from early Floyd and early REM. He then played rhythm guitar for a country folk band ‘Aftershave’ and this genre fits his natural songwriting style more than the art/punk material. He’s been a solo act for a while now and has achieved outstanding reviews for his recorded and live work, also he’s a composer and photographer. Chaos and Grace was his first album for Zube Records and this has been followed up with the critically acclaimed West Coast Elegy.

Hi! The London based Adam Wilson is great, bit acoustic bit country but also very modern and quite politically aware lyrics. I saw him play recently in London and bought the album at his gig. Good musician and a nice man!

Check out 'Chaos and Grace' from the UK based Adam Wilson if you like soulful and dark songs and lush vocals. Partly acoustic guitar based in the tradition of Nick Drake but lots more on top. Really good stuff.

This tracklisting above is for the album on the right, not the one on the left (British Adam Wilson). Clicking on the 'Chaos And Grace' artwork will give you that full tracklisting on the player.
