When he was 12 years old, Adam gave up his Play Station for an M Audio keyboard. He plugged it into his Mac and he hasn’t come up for air since then. Originally drawn to hip hop, he spent a year working on hip hop beats. He was drawn to break dancing, poppin’ and locking and went to many dance classes with some of DC’s best dancers. He gained an appreciation for driving rhythms and movement and composing all the beat tracks on his keyboard, served as the foundation for his songwriting of the alternative rock songs that he has been working on over the last 7 years.
Adam released his first EP, “Not What it Seems,” in November 2006. His second CD, “Seasonal Delivery,” was released in spring of 08. Adam’s music has been featured on TV shows including the 2010 season of PBS’s “Roadtrip Nation.”
His songs have won many awards including:
• Mid-Atlantic Song Contest 2007 Winner (Young Artist)
• 2008 Indie Singer Songwriter Association “Fan Favorite”
• 2008 Mountain Stage NewSong Contest Finalist (Young Artist)
• 2009 International Songwriting Competition Semifinalist
• 2009 Philadelphia Songwriters Project Song Contest Winner
• 2010 Smithsonian Associates, BMI, SAW showcase performer
• 2010 ASCAP Writers Night Showcase performer at Belmont University
• 2009 Finalist in The Singer/Songwriter Awards

From Vienna Virginia, Adam is now attending Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee where he is majoring in Music Business. His new band, Our Vintage Film will release their first EP in summer of 2011.
