Alain Caron is a Canadian jazz musician born in Saint-Éloi, Quebec, the youngest of 11 children. He is considered as one of the greatest masters of the 6-string bass guitar. His musical skills were formalised by correspondence lessons with the jazz improvisation teacher, Charlie Banacos, and by attending a summer session at Berklee College of Music.
Victor Bailey (born March 27, 1960 in Philadelphia) is an American bass guitar player. Since the late seventies, as a teenager, Victor Bailey has been hailed as one of the worlds greatest bass guitarists. He gained international recogniton in the early nineteen eighties when he joined the innovative jazz fusion supergroup Weather Report.
Brett is an Australian guitar player well known for his work with local pop icon John Farnham and the rock band Nelson. To guitar aficionados he is probably best known for his scintillating instrumental collaborations with US guitarist TJ Helmerich. Their two releases for the now-defunct Legato Records label, Quid Pro Quo and Exempt, are among the most sought-after albums of the genre.
