Adam first came to public attention in 1999 with the release of his debut album Blue Pop. All Music Guide named the CD “…among the best guitar-pop albums of the ‘90’s…” Finding fans worldwide, songs from Blue Pop were also featured in primetime television programs and movies: Felicity, Jack and Jill, Jenifer (starring Laura San Giacomo), and The Matthew Shepard Story.

In May 2000, Adam was invited to Miles Copeland’s annual Castle songwriting retreat in France. There, he co-wrote a ballad called “Christmas Morning” with country music mainstays John Berry and Kim Richey, recorded by Berry and released on the compilation A Country Superstar Christmas, Vol. 4 alongside tracks by Travis Tritt, Toby Keith, and Dolly Parton. CD NOW called the song “…one of the finest new tunes of this holiday season.”

Adam spent the rest of the decade songwriting, composing and producing music for film and television, and playing guitar for artists such as Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles and jazz saxophone diva Mindi Abair. He also explored literary interests, writing about parallels among spirituality, science, and artistic creativity for the weblog Poetic Interconnections.

As 2010 begins, Adam is penning and producing tracks in multiple styles: alternative rock, country, teen pop-punk, dance, and R&B.
