Hailing From Birmingham, Alabama, the organic sound of Act Of Congress combines hook laden melodies, compelling songwriting, and intelligent acoustic instrumentation that’s rapidly gathering attention throughout the country. Having released their debut album “Declaration” (2008), Act Of Congress’ sound is grounded, approachable and technically masterful.
