Abbe Smith was born in Bedford, England and began singing at a young age both in choirs and with a variety of jazz, motown and acoustic indie bands.
Based in Leeds and for 2 years been writing and performing more and more around the local live music scene with a 5-piece band, blending influences from the soul, pop and indie genres into their own sound.
Also regularly performs acoustically with acoustic guitarist Kamal Kamruddin.
Her debut album “What is Real” was released by Blue Gull Records on 19th July 2010.
